At StudioTA, we are proud to present the design of Arçelik’s 16th Sustainability Report for 2023. This year’s report continues the tradition of promoting sustainable living, with a new emphasis on making every sustainable place feel like home. Inspired by Arçelik’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP), “Feels Like Home,” the concept of the “Roof” is central to this year’s report design. The “Roof” symbolizes the inclusive, expansive, and protective aspects of a home, underscoring Arçelik’s commitment to providing a nurturing environment for all its stakeholders worldwide. This design choice highlights Arçelik’s international growth and objectives, showcasing its global presence as a reliable and recognizable entity dedicated to sustainability.

By integrating the “Feels Like Home” sentiment with the “Roof” metaphor, we aim to communicate that Arçelik is a place where employees, subsidiaries, and stakeholders unite under one roof to build a sustainable future. This approach transforms the report into a reflection of Arçelik’s cultural ethos and EVP philosophy, illustrating a sustainable business model deeply rooted in the organization’s DNA and in the hearts of its employees.
